Memberships are activated immediately upon receipt of payment. However, if you feel that you have made a mistake in applying for the membership and want to cancel it, you must send us a mail within 72hrs of making the payment.
Your payment will be refunded the same way you have made the payment usually within the next three working days, provided you have not initiated any further action or availed any services based on the membership.
